I've been coming to Brooklyn Hlth Cntr since the clinic was at Hoyt Schermerhorn street. And now that it is at Ashland I must say that Ms. Jody has given nothing but exceptional service throughout the years. She has been so professional and very courteous each time I go and this is why I had to write this review. Thank you Jody for bringing a smile to my face even when I'm not well. She is what great customer service is all about. In addition to that, Dr. Enerio-Ellant is one of the rare caring doctors in that clinic. You can tell she does what she does because she loves helping people and because she cares. That is so important since today doctors are only out for a paycheck. Thank you as well Dr. Enerio-Ellant for caring to help me.

I had the pleasure of meeting the most wonderful lady called Jody Erskine at the 4th floor. During my recent appointment. she was kind, attentive and made me feel truly cared for from the moment I walked in. Her warmth and professionalism turned a simple visit into such a positive experience. She’s doing an outstanding job and deserves all the recognition. Highly recommend seeing her. ❤️

Thank you for Dr. Enerio-Ellant she has been a life changer and I always feel better when ever we meet. She is an amazing Doctor with a talent for helping patients I've never seen. Please see to it that she is promoted because she definitely deserves to be. I am yours truly Rome Jefferson.

Genuinely the worst facility ever. Have had their insurance my whole life and any time I have come to them with a medical problem they completely brush it off. Additionally they are known to misdiagnose so I will be getting my own insurance even though it will be more expensive because I am so done with the mediocre and unknowledgeable doctors here. Got back completely normal scans and blood test results only to be diagnosed with something that was not supported by my labs or symptoms at all….feels like they give out diagnoses like candy to avoid finding out what the actual problem is.

I really love this clinic when it's not crowded, & it's very peaceful, beautiful, & a very comfortable clean environment! The nursees doctors & the receptionists are nice however, one of the receptionists refuses to fax my paperwork to my other doctor in Queens. She said was going to her lunch break, but she was still sitting at her window desk, while I had to ask for the other female receptionist to fax my paperwork for me & it "only" took her few minutes. Never had any problems at the Podiatry clinic, until now.
